Senior Growth and Content Marketer

Qbiz is a boutique data solutions consulting company headquartered in San Francisco. Our mission is to help organizations make smart, data-driven decisions by translating their data into meaningful, actionable information.

This role will be responsible for the entire marketing function and funnel for Qbiz, including lead generation, content creation, digital marketing, and more. We seek a highly motivated, agile, and versatile Senior Growth and Content Marketer with expertise in B2B marketing, content creation, and demand/lead generation to join our team. In this role, you'll develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support our sales efforts. You'll have the opportunity to own the end-to-end marketing function for our team, use your diverse skill set across various marketing channels, and significantly impact our company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, ebooks, case studies, website copy, and marketing collateral, that resonates with our target audience and supports lead generation goals.

  • Basic Design & Website Management: Create visually appealing marketing materials (ebooks, one-pagers, graphics, social media assets) and contribute to basic website updates and maintenance (Wix).

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage our social media presence, creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and leveraging social media for lead generation.

  • Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize a limited set of paid advertising campaigns across select digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and provide air cover to SDR calling campaigns.

  • Marketing Operations: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Manage marketing tools and technologies.

  • Lead Generation: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads that support the sales pipeline — including content, email, paid ads, and coordinated outreach with the SDR team. Track performance and continuously optimize for results.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, responsible for demand/lead generation and content creation.

  • Experience in the Data and Analytics industry (e.g., data warehousing, business intelligence, data governance, data quality, data engineering, etc.)

  • Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging written content.

  • Basic graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Google Docs, Canva, etc.).

  • Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., Wix).

  • Experience planning and executing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).

  • Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

The Ideal candidate also has

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Experience with video creation and editing.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).

  • Experience with event marketing and management 

  • Experience with SDR team enablement and coordination
